On Saturday the 26th of September we had three current and one former pupil of the band perform with the newly formed all girls pipe band. The band was brought together by the Scottish Schools Pipes and Drums Trust – SSPDT. They played at the hive stadium in Murrayfield as the Scotland Women’s rugby team took on Australia. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇦🇺 🏉

There were 18 schools represented across the band with the bass section being ran and organised by our very own Morven Walker Music. 🥁 👏🏻

We are extremely proud of you all and we hope that this is the start of something special and the band can play again at more events to highlight the impact girls and women have in pipe bands.
