We had a great day at one of our local contests on the 11th of August at Recreation Park in North Berwick.  The highlight of the day was our Novice Band winning both the confined and open contest in the Novice B competition and taking the title of best drum corps in both categories. 

This was an amazing achievement for the band and sets them up perfectly for the world championships next weekend in Glasgow.  We will be hoping for a dry day and two strong performances from our bands.  Focus, concentration, commitment and teamwork are essential and make sure you have fun!  It is a hobby after all.
